- Complimentary Latin Dance classes (Beginners and Intermediate) at 8:30pm to kick off the night (Salsa/Rueda and Bachata)
- 'Rumba Ache' - Australia's most authentic all-Cuban drumming and singing ensemble with a live Rumba show!
- Melbourne's best Latin DJs Mick Williams (PBS FM'S Latin Connection) and Manolito Valdes playing sizzling Latin rhythms all night long: Salsa, Bachata, Zouk, Cuban, Brazilian and Mixed styles all under one roof!
- Performances by Candela's Salsa and Zumba Student Performance Teams, founders Florencia & Manuel with a brand new routine, plus special guests!
